Looking for a 15-20 second video that promotes a certain activity at our festival.
The Activity is called "BarkArt". W e want an opening asking what someone's favorite part of Woofstock is. They will answer by saying "BarkArt". We want answers from animals, people, etc., 10 or so. The mouths will need to move so it looks like they are answering. The unique thing about the answer is that when they say "BarkArt", it sounds like a chicken clucking (does that make sense, if not, I attached an audio file). Thank you. Looking to spend $50, if possible.
