DEVELOP REAL ESCENARIOS USING UNITY 3D

We need to develop 10 escenarios using Unity 3D in one month. Every escenario is to simulate fires. The work is to simulate escenarios with the capacity to walk aroud the escenario, every escenario will have aroud 60 meters x 30 meters approx. and to design structures and layout of a process area.
We propose to pay around US$.1000 to US$. 1500 for 10 escenarios but the current project is to test the freelancer in order to ensure that the freelancer have the expertise to all escenarios.
For every escenario we will provide FBX files with the equipment needed forevery escenario in order to modelate using this file as reference, and all the layout and specific requierements to perform the escenario.
The current project is to test the freelancer with one (01) escenario and we will launch other project to the next escenarios all in one project. For the test we propose to pay US$ 150 in order to verify their expertise first.
