I need a survey monkey expert

I have an existing individual plan "Advantage Annual" with survey monkey I was told by them this plan would do the job.

IT BRIEF

Inner Performance is conducting training programs for corporate groups and small businesses. We require software to measure individual improvements and data via self assessment surveys from individuals phones so it's easy, seamless and practical.

We need to identify participants' unique (self generated number they reuse in followup surveys) group, departments and age group categories.

At the commencement of each program, the survey needs to be sent out and completed by each participant to answer up to 25 questions on the context of the training course being provided at the time and send answers back to us.

At the end of each training program, we resend the same questionnaire to the same participants for re [login to view URL] add their original personal number so we can compare before and after comparisons and improvements.

As each participant enters their unique number, group number, department and age group, we can then show data in these groups, this way we have the ability to show the results by age groups, departments or for each group. Ideally, it would be valuable to identify individual changes whilst maintaining their privacy.

I need a program that can digitally send, gather and receive survey answers, number crunch and display the before and after results in both tabular and graphical formats in 3 different ways (groups, age groups and departments) so we can use the data in reports.

We then need to crunch the data to determine individuals improvements for each question ( and therefore the success of the program ) and then show the results in tabular and graphical [login to view URL] showing two graphs of before and after in any of the categories i.e ages or departments or groups etc

The report ideally should be able to identify results from any group, department or by age groups.

The report has a twofold benefit to both the company (client) and to Inner Performance.

1. We measure individuals' results graphically and tabularly to show the ROI.

2. Identifies the problems that may be occurring in different departments or age groups. We can then recommend where future training may be needed to the areas of greatest need and therefore be more targeted and effective.

I would like to employ someone's help to create this in survey monkey with the existing plan I have just purchased if possible.
