Rebuild/migrate the source code from existing applicaiton to new

Project is to rebuild the application from Oracle Application server 10 g to Oracle Web Logic 12c.
Database migration is completed.
Weblogic server with ohttp, reports and forms services, pl/sql is set up.
Need someone who can set up mod_plsql, dads, file transfer from old to new server. Someone with good Oracle technical skills.
This project will require at least 40 - 50 hours as there will be dev, pre-prod and prod environment
Need someone with the experience with Oracle Middleware Fusion, OHTTP, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports Services
