I'm seeking an experienced solution architect to develop an ITSM solution. This software should be capable of addressing Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release Management and Access Management.

Key Requirements:

- Automated workflows

- Reporting and analytics

- Building a new solution from scratch

The perfect candidate should have a deep understanding of ITSM processes and a strong background in solution architecture, particularly in creating software with automated workflows, analytics functions, and the ability to manage various IT processes. Experience in building new solutions from scratch is essential. We don't just need a system that integrates with what we have - we need a completely fresh solution.
