Marketing Manager

SUMMARY & OBJECTIVES

The Marketing Associate (MA) position is an ideal role for a candidate with experience in marketing and branding Management both for the company and the CEO, as well as our clients, this includes content creation, strategizing, and implementing Brand development plans and marketing approaches. The MA supports the principals of Coastline Equity with general marketing operations and supervision of the marketing team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Demonstrate a positive, professional, and customer service focused attitude about the company with coworkers, tenants, clients, and the public whether contact is by mail, telephone, electronic or in person.

Assist the principals of Coastline Equity with developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies.

Supervise the marketing team, including content creators.

Plan Brand recognition campaigns for the CEO, company and client brands.

Answer inbound telephone calls and instant message chats from clients.

Develop and implement unified marketing campaigns for various mediums.

Manage an internal CRM system for Coastline Equity and its principals.

Perform all other office tasks as assigned.

Constantly strives for improvements in work process and results to better meet expectations.

Use various forms of technology, software, and communications styles to review tasks and perform in a timely manner.

Submit all requested paperwork, invoices, and documentation is an appropriate and timely manner.

Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments, with co-workers and particularly with other members of a project team. Prepare for team meetings, in advance, and maintain organizational excellence and detailed accuracy.

Keep abreast of new technologies, systems and procedures related to property management and marketing.

Up-to-date with latest marketing technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Bachelor's (or higher) in Marketing, Business development or related field.

Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

Proven expertise in brand strategy and multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Experience in property management or related industries is a plus.

Strong leadership abilities, effective communication, and familiarity with the latest marketing technologies.
