Odoo 9 sales Commision Module needed

for example we want to implement odoo 9 in our server and develop a commission module we will use it for one of our client and it can be used for another customer as well later

Feature

Front end

While creating sales invoice the sales man will have a check box to say if this sales invoice is applicable for commission (by default it should be applicable)

Back End I should be able to set commission rules

for example for each 10000 USD of sales the sales person can get a specific percentage of 0.05% (where the sales amount and percentage is configurable)

This commission can be discrete or flat rate means

Discrete commission means sales person will get his 0.05% based on multiples of 10000 USD sales. for example if he has 10000 sales he will get 50 USD commission and if he has 15000 sales he will still get 50 USD commission but if he reach 20000 sales he will get 100 USD Commission

Flat commission means sales person will get his 0.05% based on total amount of sales . for example if he has 10000 sales he will get 50 USD commission and if he has 15000 sales he will get 75 USD commission and if he reach 20000 sales he will get 100 USD Commission

Commission hierarchy

the team leader of group of sales people will be eligible for two kinds of commission

direct sales : when he sells by himself he will be eligible to the normal commission procedure

Indirect sales: when his team which he leads achieve the sales commission criteria he will be eligible to indirect commission

the indirect commission can be one of the two type (which we should configure)

full indirect commission in which the team leader will take the same full amount of the commission which his team member take

partial indirect commission means the team leader will get percentage of the commissions of his team member (this percentage is also configurable)

finally once any sales person is eligible to commission system should issue automatic purchase invoice for him and we should pay him once he is paid his commission target is reset and then he need to reach the commission threshold again to issue another invoice for him

the project bidder should be able to demonstrate his previous working experience no fresher please

the module should be independent module that I can install or uninstall in my normal odoo 9
