Need a proposal document to do the following:

Okapi Migration Services (OMS) to work in partnership with the Congolese Government to provide Congolese visa application services across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region. Okapi Migration Services will provide a range of services including the collection of visa and citizenship applications, associated fees, lodgement support and facilitating client access to visa information. OMS to operate within the guidelines of the client service principles of the Congolese Government Ministry of Immigration.

Okapi Migration Services to provide the Biometric collections services for Congolese citizens in the region applying for passport and Police clearance certificates and lodge applications on their behalf.

Okapi Migration Services to provide electoral enrolment services of Congolese citizens in the region wishing to participate in the electoral process.

Okapi Migration Services to continuously promote Congolese tourism in the region.

Okapi Migration Services to enter into partnership with Gravis insight Australia to promote Investment opportunities in Congo and link them with potential investment opportunities.

Engage, guide potential investors into the Congolese market

Potential to create a Congo-Australia Chamber of Commerce

Potential for Partnership with National Agency for Promotion of Investment
