Plesk 18.x Certificate issue + Tsl 1.3 + dmarc checks

Need help with LetEncrypt on plesk 18.x LATEST VERSION.

I get told that my certificate failed.
Here the output
STARTTLS command works on this server

Certificate 1 of 3 in chain: Cert VALIDATED: ok
Cert Hostname DOES NOT VERIFY .... xxx
So email is encrypted but the host is not verified
You should also check tsl 1.3 settings and dmarc
