Custom Pine Script for TradingView

I need you to create me a script that tiggers alarms once price value decreases by 0.9% or more.
The tigger should ONLY oncour if price decreased by 0.9% between ONLY open price and close price.
So to recapitulate. I need an indicator that generate alerts when price of the coin goes down by 0.9% or more from start of the candle to the end of it. (this I don't want to calculate wicks)
Also I want to be able to use it change the 0.9% on any value I want.
