Write a simple php script - no myqsl is needed

I need a small script that will do the following:

- get an ASCII file (example: .txt or .php, etc)

- extract the words in quotes

- display them in a form

- verify the input of new words

- replace the initial words with the new ones in the initial file

- save the file

It's a small project for the one that can do it.
