I built a small trucking company website a few years ago (HTML) and later added an online driver DOT form it was then a flash form now it is not and have added for the website owner a backend to display all the form applications entered by drivers for employment. The problem i need to be fixed is it does not send the email notification to the owner when a form was submitted. the files are php. on godaddy Linux server. Also, need a separate quote for job to create code to have the form saved if the form can not be completed at that time ? {large form} (a save button and exit for the driver to be able to login and finish then submit. ..login by name and password form the hiring page where the online application form is located) website is [login to view URL] see the hiring page
