Looking for a PHP EXPERT in template integration with PHPMelody Tube software.

I want to know if you are AVAILABLE FULL TIME to work ONLY on this project, otherwise I will charge a 15$/day penalty fee towards the final payment if we pass the deadline of our agreed date. If you, however, accomplish this job faster or on time, I'll add 15% to the total project amount!
The website will be made for a "casino related project", so after template integration, I'll need to add few custom pages that I will explain in another paid task.
I agree to prepay 30% for you to start working on this project, then another 30% once you complete main pages, then the rest 40% upon completing Community pages, testing all bugs and fixing errors.
