php script customising/troubleshooting

I've been really let down by TWO GAF providers and thankfully another member helped me create a user and news management system ([url removed, login to view]) I have managed to edit the majority of pages to follow the design I have created ([url removed, login to view])

I need someone to URGENTLY correct the following:

1. [url removed, login to view] contains the login box - once a user has logged in they should be taken to the [url removed, login to view] page but the login box should be replaced by something saying that they are logged in etc

AND

identify and correct any errors which fail to make the site perform and look "right" - the news items must for example be displayed on the news page, the clan details and members list must be displayed on the members page.
