Joomla RSForm Component expert - Prefill 5 fields

We have already create 3 forms with RSForm component:
form#1 : userA proposes a mediation to userB, fills the form and send an email with a Unique Counter (counter of this transaction)
form#2 : a simple form where userB insert the Unique Counter and accept or not the mediation.
If he accepts userB will be redirected to form#3
Form#3 : UserB must complete the empty fields and submit it
REQUIREMENT
4-5 fields of form#3 must be pre-filled with data retrieved by form #1 (based on Unique Counter Transaction)
