Integrate FedEx shipping rate calculator into custom PHP/JS shopping cart.

I am looking for someone with vast experience working with the FedEx shipping rate API to integrate shipping calculations into the checkout of my shopping cart. The cart is custom built using PHP and Javascript/jQuery.
The shipping rates should be calculated by the overall combined dimensions and weight of the products being purchased. Once the weight of said items exceeds the allowed weight of the package, the calculator must know an additional package is being added and adjust the price accordingly. It should then offer a dropdown menu for the customer to select which option they would like (ground, 3-day, 2-day, overnight, etc.)
Other notes:
- Should have a spot to mark up the final shipping cost by x%
- Should be able to set a minimum amount that shipping would not fall under
- Should be accurate to rates found on [login to view URL]'s shipping calculator
