Instagram-like app for video sharing

I need a simple video sharing app (like the old Vine app or Instagram) with these features:
- user login via Facebook or Google
- user profiles: name, picture, small description (150 characters, adjustable)
- max video length: 1 minute (this paramenter must be adjustable by the admin)
- fields related to the video (when sharing): title, caption, location, user comments
- it must be possible to add a video to favorites or reward it with a "like"
- search bar on the top, like the one on Facebook, for searching on videos titles and captions
- a "wall" with all the videos shared on the system, that you can order by distance from the user position or the latest video shared
- all the videos must be shared only on the wall (no "private" sharing or friend-lists)
- admin profile on a website, for statistics and adjustments
An app like instagram whould be a good start point.
