Freelance system

We're looking for a simple, but graphical more beautiful system than "getafreelancer.com. We will translate it to dutch. So it should be very easy to translate.

For ethical reason, it must be possible, that the bidder doesn't the bids of others.

Functionalities as here on getafreelancer are wished. But it should be more beautiful...

Php and MySQL are requiered.

You should be able to give a working example of the script you propose.

Something special: If some one chooses a offer (f.e. someone is asking to make a website) we should be possible to give a specified form for such a project (f.e. creating a website: - must it contain flash intro, - hosting included etc. Because, mostly the projects posted can have to much basic information.

After creation we must become also the owner and may have the full copyright on it to change it and sell it.

We've found a script for 100$ where we get also some rights to change etc. and can make a full translation.
