convert cell phone numbers into carrier SMS gateway email addresses

My SMS program that I currently have is written in Java and takes the phone numbers I upload and converts them to email addresses using Telnyx API to find out the carrier info, for example: 1234567899 converts to 1234567899@tmomailxxx. Then it sends text messages via SMTP. Now I want a code that only makes a list of the converted numbers but does not send messages. I am sure that even my current code can be slightly modified to only create a list but not send message
