Looking for someone to choose a online job marketplace app for iOS and Android that functions similar to freelancer.
Features include but are not limited to:
--Users should be able to post and bid on jobs
--Payment will be through the app and money can be escrowed and released as milestones
--multiple payment gateways like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Amazon, etc
--some jobs will be on a pre-filled form with pre-filled prices
--freelancers should be notified through the app of jobs that meet their criteria
--users should be able to message each other through the app
--users can upload photos through the app showing work that was completed
--a online website should also be part of this, so if users do not want to use their smartphone they can still create jobs online or check jobs that are available.
there are MANY scripts online that perform similar functions that I have found I could have downloaded. However, I do not know who to trust, and if I paid and they did not deliver or the software did not do what they claim it could do I would be out of that money. So I am hiring on here so I can find someone knowledgeable that can choose the software and install it on my host.
I am keeping the budget small because I would rather start small and continue to send you additional money as you finish milestones.
