I want to theme [url removed, login to view] using Drupal 7 / Omega 4. A sub theme called Joy has been created already by another themer working on it.
(Option A)
We want to speed up the work on the Joy subtheme so we are looking for another themer that can work very fast.
(Option B)
Alternatively, you may create a completely new subtheme based on Omega 4. This will require that you provide complete psd mockups and do the theming.
Note that for either of the options, you dont need to bother about backend site building such as creating views, panels, users etc. Only frontend theming with css and javascript are needed. Ability to draw up mockup sketches for you ideas are vital.
