Change layout, fix and add features to an existing php script

I have an existing php script with MySQL db that needs
a. a new layout*
b. fixing bugs
c. transform it to WordPress plugin**
* I have the layout ready created using bootstrap
** no need to apply any layout in the plugin
You should be able to deliver the new layout and fix bugs in 48 hours max and then transform the code to a plugin in another 48 hours max.
Budget is $200 USD max.

1- The new layout has been applied to the script.
2-There is not going to be a PRO version.
3-The old script was semi-functional and I needed someone to fix it.
The script with the new layout has bugs.
4-What is needed right now is to fix the script AND I have only TODAY (April 20) to have this done.
5-The budget is $250.
What you need to do TODAY:
a. Fix the bugs
b. Create 1 centralized language.php file so to include all the text there.
d. Deliver today.
So I need a skilled coder that is available to complete everything today.
