Linking Script needed.

I need an all inclusive link adding script for our website. [login to view URL] The tool will need to be integraeted into our existing admin panel. You can log on here just to view the features. Nothing is clickable currently in this account. ID and PWD are both "steve" [login to view URL] What I need is a script that will add someones link automatically to our website, but then go much farther. Here are the steps/features it should have. 1. Once a person fills out the form, and hits submit, the script must check their website first to verify our link is active on their website 2. Once our link has been verified, the link partners link is added automatically to the proper category on [login to view URL] [login to view URL] automated confirmation/thankyou email is generated and sent to the link partner thanking tehm for linking. 4. The script also needs to automatically check all the link partners once every 2 weeks to see if all links are still active. 5. If teh GWC link is no longer active on teh link partners site, and email is automatically generated advising them that their link will be removed unless our link is again added to their site 6. The link partner will have to re-enter their info on our form so that the script can re-confirm that our link is live (I'm not sure what the easiest way to accomplish this step is, but i'll leave that up to the programmers to do what is easiest for them) 7. If a link is not re-added, afetr the first email, i would like 2 more sets of emails sent out a 2-3 day intervals. 8. Finally, after all email notices the link is still not active, the script will automatically delete the link partners link on our website. Below is a simple beta tool that a friend made for me to check a specific site if a certain URL is on it. however this process will need to be automated. [login to view URL] Finally we are looking for a consistent programmer to build a long term relationship with as we run multiple websites with various different focuses, etc. A key to this bid will be experience, but perhaps even more cost effective. We currently have a programmer in the range of $15US/hr. We would like this rate to be lower. Thansk in advance.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
