Basic icecast server in OSX(repost)

I have a desktop application that is written in Objective-c (xcode on Mac OS X) and i need it to thread out a server for icecast so that I can get the track and artist info from the streamed track.

This does not have to be a full implementation of the icecast server, it just has to listen to a specific port (defined) and capture the Ogg information from the stream. This code must be some framework that I can implement into my existing code so that it will run in the background if called and I have a method to query the two values. Data from the stream can be dumped it's not required to stream the audio.
