Image Transition Control with Designer(repost)

Goal is to create an Image Transition Control (referred as "ITC") which can switch from one Image to another using effects like PowerPoint can do.

Base Functionality should be derived from a PictureBox where I can set the initial Image if desired.

Thre should be the following additional Methods:

Transition([Image], [Effect enum], [Speed int32])

If [url removed, login to view] is Nothing, the Transition is beween the [url removed, login to view] and the new [image]. After Transition the new image is stored in ITC.Image.

If [url removed, login to view] is set, the Transition is beween the [url removed, login to view] and the new [image]. After Transition the new image is stored in ITC.Image.

If [url removed, login to view] is set and [image] param is nothing, the Transition is beween the [url removed, login to view] and the ITC.BackgroundColor. After Transition nothing is stored in ITC.Image.

[Effect] describes the Transition effect to use:

BoxIn, BoxOut, Fade,

CoverDown, CoverLeft, CoverRight, CoverUp,

CoverLeftDown, CoverLeftUp, CoverRightDown, CoverRightUp,

PushDown, PushLeft, PushUp, PushRight,

Random (any of the above except "None"),

None (Swap Images instantly after Speed has elapsed)

Please see corresponding Effects in PowerPoint (I used PP XP as reference).

[Speed] indicates the milliseconds that the Transition shoud take, eg. 1000 for Transition in one sec.

If definig a Speed in msec is too difficult please leave me a note. We could use a enum instead (slow, medium, fast).

Please include a Designer with the additional Properties.

Please well documented code and use MS coding standards.
