We need all bidders to submit links to similar php/mysql sites and flash animations created in the past to verify quality, functionality and creativity or at least have some kind of portfolio under their profile. Template users please don't waste our time, thanks. Bidders need to have either Skype or MSN Messenger installed for audio conferencing after the bid is accepted.

Full development and design for a Stylish E-commerce enabled website with shopping cart using [login to view URL], user registration, customizable product categories and much more. The client is an Italian Cameos Shop in Ginza Tokyo. Site really needs to look unique with a great choice of colors to appeal a wide range of customers. The site must be in PHP/MySql, but we would prefer the home page to be in html. It needs to be Search Engine Optimized. The site is in Japanese only, the encoding is Shift_Jis, content will be provided by the customer. We will help the developer with the creation of buttons, flash animation and so on. We really need a developer that has knowledge of different encodings php based sites.

The public side of the site:

-Flash intro with logo, pictures and additional elements to be chosed by the developer. Needs to be very unique and match our client business.

- Front page, including member login and registration, great look with introduction to the company, pictures, news (just a preview of the first 3 article coming from the news page, etc.

- Web pages

The web pages could be CSS based, to give us the flexibility to change the look and feel as required, but if the developer has a different solution we are open to suggestions.

The member-only section will include

- Member account panel (change details, password, credit card info and modify, etc.)

Shopping cart: All shopping transactions will be credit-card based to accept visa, mastercard, amex, jcb, diners, so cart must integrate with credit card gateway [login to view URL], but coder can suggest an alternative payment gateway. Only Japanese yen will be handled and shipping will be only in Japan, only Japanese customers.

Back-end management tools:

- Products Categories, Products and possibly one more sub-level to be decided by customer. Shipping preferences and so on. Usual e-commerce/shopping cart management.

- Management of News Page

- Management of Press Page

- News Letter Email to be sent to all registered users

- ability to edit or remove users.

Only experienced coders should apply for this project.

It is important to us that this web site be completed by the end of January (including all testing and debugging). If you are not able to meet this deadline, please do not submit a bid.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
