Live Site Tracking Script

I am looking for a simple system that can be installed on a web site and keeps track of a visitor to the web site as they move to different pages by clicking links, All live.

The system would log all visitor's activity into a MySQL database (all databases must be fully created by the script so that the webmaster does not have to do any configuration aside from entering a login/pass for the DB).

The script would keep track of the user's IP address, referring page, time on current page, current page title, all sites visited by the user, user agent and time on entire web site.

Also the script should keep track of returning visitors based on log files or cookies. The script should simply add on more column in the visitor table to specify if they are a returning visitor since a specified date (ie the cookie expiry date).

Most imporantly the script should be able to be installed on any page with one simple line of code. It must work on any kind of page including html pages so no simple PHP includes or SSI (HOWEVER, the server will have PHP, MySQL installed).

One of the ways this can be acheived (only a suggestion, opened to alternatives) is by using javascript that outputs a 1x1 image with the document referrer, current page and current page title. The rest of the info can be retrieved through php. The snippet inserted on each page can look like this;

script src="script.php" /script

Or something as simple as above. This is only a suggestion.

Small modifications for no Javascript installed will be needed and explained to winning bidder. More details on admin pages and config files will also be made available to winning bidder.
