we need a 10 x 10 matrix in affilate section,we also need customer area for direct sales seperate were they may upgrade to resell via the matrix

we need 5 designed pages for the offers and 2 pages each for the members areas

we need system to be able to take e-gold,wire,cheque and also our own streamline application for credit cards we take

in the members are all commissions will be shown in the matrix etc,we would like to prelaunch project and allow peole to sign up waiting for the day the doors open,we would like agents to be able to pay for buying new potential down line customers

we accept all functions a network project needs including promotional banners and a very tight code .

We expect that ion the price 3 months bug fixing is included at any time

we want full email ticketing system in site and live help and a forum we can edit

look forward to hear bids we are ready to start immedaite

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
