I need my drop down menus on top to be worked better if one tab is open and u select another tab the other tab should go up (so only one tab open at a time)

I need about 5 page formatting issues done, very very easy stuff for any coder, I need the left nav to be gray unless you select on it then the page your on that link should be black.

Same with the top nav

need some images done, and just CSS stuff.

I promise more work.
