article/ghost writers required

Hi I am looking to hire, one or maybe a few writers. Basically I would like to hire people to write a few 300-400 words articles a week.
The articles may vary some will just be genral and some would need a little research. I would like to build up a ongoing relationship with someone with good english and good speeling and gramma.
Could you please tell me roughly a quote for:
1. How much you would want for a simple in the fly article
2. How much you would want for a article requiring a little research.
3. Roughly how many article you would like to do a month.
Please could you also tell me a little about you interests, I would like to tailor the article to the people.
I would be more than willing to discuss this in more detail in comment before come to a specific bid.

UPDATE:
Okay this project really doesn't have a lot of money attached to it. So I think it would be better if you could give me a price per hour. the simple article usually take me 10 - 15 minutes to write and the complucated ones can take a lot longer so could you please give me a quote for how much you would want per hour.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
