Develep a .Net Developer Community Portal

**What will you do?**

The main duty is to develop a .Net developer community portal that provides places to talk and info to share.

* Short term todo list.

* [IBuySpy Portal][1]. This is an excellent base for you to begin with this portal. But please give up the tab management as it is not Google friendly.

* [.Text Asp.Net Weblogs][2]. We hope to proivde free web spaces for .Net bloggers.

* [Asp.Net Forums 2.0][3]. .Net developers can share .Net programming experience here.

* [[login to view URL]][4]. You need to implement NNTP to host these newsgroups so visitors can check or post discussions that can be widely accessed.

* Median term todo list. These duties involve writing web based applications uisng C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server.

* Product Catalog. You need to write a robot to collect .Net products displayed in .Net product directory websites around the world then make your own .Net product catalog. Also you need to provide facility to enable product owners to add, edit or delete their products.

* News Center. You need to write a robot to collect .Net news displayed in .Net news websites around the world then make your own .Net news publishing center. Also you need to provide facility to enable news publishers to add, edit or delete their news.

* Technical Articles. You need to write a robot to collect .Net technical articles displayed in .Net technical article websites around the world then make your own .Net technical article publishing center. Also you need to provide facility to enable article authors to add, edit or delete their articles.

* Long term todo list. You need to build and run a joint venture to build this portal as a powerful advertisement platform.

* Implement [Google AdSense][5].

* Implement [Amazon Associates][6].

* Implement our own advertisement management.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
