What I am looking for is a simple search engine filter, that does the following: I want it to query off of google's search engine but I want the search engine to strip out the "false positives" that are listed in filters, and place them on a seperate section of the page under appropriate headings. the page layout is in the attached document. Admin panel to allow changes to colors / ad management capability of adding/changing different catagories of search filters (ie drug sale sites, porn, etc...) these should be set as check boxes and dynamically available as catagories are added. the person doing the search should have the ability of selecting various filters. admin panel should also be able to add domains to the different filter lists. also should have a registration section if the user is not registered with the site, then should only be allowed to select 1 filter. registration should be able to accept a payment via paypal. Admin panel should also have capability of editing the form mails for paypal, link verification, user verification, etc... on the search results section there should be an option that is capable of reporting the link as a filter option that is not filtered. this link will then be added to a table in the db that admins can either accept and move to the filter list, or remove as inaccurate. to report the link the user must provide an email address, which is verified by sending a link to their email, and the link will verify the problem site, if the site is added then the person is sent an email thanking them for the error found and informing them that it has been corrected. if it is inaccurate, then no email is sent. for the admin verification if the link is NOT verified then the link is not shown as a verify. the filter should have some basic automated capability. future projects will include creating a complete spider and search engine development.
