201298 cms module needed + frontend

i have my own cms system for content management already made

i am looking for a new module which can be *reused* from existing to list properties instead of pages

there will be a number of fields required eg:

propertyid,propertyname,propertytype,propertylocation,amountofbedrooms,pricerange,googlemap,propertyfeatures,propertydescription,propertyimages

i have a site link similar to what is needed and will give detail via pmb, i will also be availabe during work to liasise/help along the way if needed

for front end i need

property listing page with pagination (variable) and links to properties with a dynamic enquiry form for each

and also a search page
