I'm currently looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to manage the incoming inquiries for my project. The focus will primarily be on delivering assistance through a ticketing system and over the phone. This role requires an understanding of basic troubleshooting, as the level of technical support needed isn't highly complex but essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving any issues they might encounter.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing system and via phone calls.

- Provide basic technical troubleshooting aimed at resolving customer’s technical issues in a timely manner.

- Keep track of customer inquiries, ensuring that each is resolved or escalated appropriately.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**

- Proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.

- Experience in customer service, especially in handling ticketing systems and phone support.

- Basic knowledge of technical troubleshooting.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, considering the expected low volume of up to 50 inquiries per day.

- Strong communication skills and a patient, problem-solving approach.

I'm looking for someone who is not only skilled in handling customer inquiries but also comfortable with basic technical issues. The right candidate will be someone who can ensure that our customers feel supported and valued through every interaction.
