Write an Android application

I want a very basic (hollow) android app with the required categories (idea to be disclosed in personal chat) with a template I have already designed(in my head). The app should be connected to an external device( will be disclosed on personal chat again) and should use its data automatically. Only the app template and basic activation is wanted. Aesthetics matter but not more than visible functionality.
