1. Collect all the possible network signal details from the phone + the user GPS coordinates without the user turning on the location services + timestamp + trigger code as per below

2. Send the above stats
2.1 Every 30 mins -- trigger code : SCHEDULE
2.2 When there is a call drop -- trigger code : CALL DROP
2.3 When there is a loss of data session -- trigger code : DATA LOSS
3. Data to be send as a single string comma separated.
