Small Android Application

Hi, I need to build small android application to display flv video from server. You can either create webpages and display within android application or you can fetch video from server and display within application or default android player. One thing you need to take care as some phones / tablets do not support flash (old versions). To fix it, you can display youtube video instead of flv. I have mobile pages ready for both flv and youtube version that can help you on this. I need someone who can start immediately and finish today.
