I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. Later on there will be needed also a version for IOS.
The basic idea is to create an App (somewhat similar to Freelancer) here for South Africa.
It should be related to any and all (especially smaller) jobs in regards to construction and maintenance ... so the average handyman can register himself and his company ... and then people who need those services can hire those companies
Very important part of the project is that there must be a system to give stars for the performance for each job done
Customers must be able to see how many jobs each company has done and how good the job was done
But also each customer should get an evaluation from the company ... to see if the customer paid in time and if the job description was accurate and fair
There are already plenty of similar Apps in existence .... I want to give this job to somebody who has done something like that already before!
If you apply for this job then you must
1) speak VERY fluently English
2) show me examples of similar projects done before
