We are looking for someone to work on this stack:
Ionic 3 for iOS and Android devices (not a PWA)
Typescript
Angular 5/6/7
Ionic Pro for building and deployment
Firebase for push notifications and auth
Our team is developing a simple mobile app to track users' actions and require a developer very familiar with Angular, Ionic 3, and push notifications to build the front end of the app. Users will first log in. Users will be sent a notification once an hour to answer a question with 6 choices. They can see a history of their results. All data is stored remotely; our team will build the back end and will provide you with the REST API endpoints.
You will follow all Ionic and Angular conventions (we can build the basic skeleton of the app first), and you only need to put in the basic Ionic components. Our designer will add in the proper styling. You should be reasonably familiar with deploying to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
You are expected to:
- write clean, readable, maintainable code that follows Angular and Ionic conventions,
- be a responsible person and work very well independently,
- provide regular updates,
- have strong English skills so communication will not be a problem,
- use time tracking software,
- solve problems as they come up,
- use Typescript properly
You are not expected to:
- be a genius or a rockstar, or know everything,
- do any styling of the HTML/CSS beyond putting in the core Ionic components,
- do any back end work
