i currently have my app with phonegap, i need to add the push notification option to my app, i repeat again because freelancer thing or bid like is ful project, so i repeat again i only need push notification, i dont wanna use google api, because is for send massive notification like 50,000 per week or more, and i dont want google charge for massive, i dotn want to depend on 3rd party website, i just need from my server to my app, you also need to build the panel, for app onwer login and send notification fron panel, so every owner must send notification from that panel to their apps, i need people be honest , explain very well what they will use, and also, gave agood price because it will maintenance us soe future apps
