The project consists of a mobile app that clients will use to browse the different maintenance jobs available, on a category/sub-category basis, for example main category might be (Air Conditioning) and sub-categories can be (A/C Leakage, A/C Maintenance... etc). Each service will have 3 prices based on the type of the user, user will select the service, post photos of the issues he is having, then put his address or use location services to set his location (if the address is not saved in his profile) then submits the request. Request will go to the call center dashboard, this should be a web-based interface, where they will assign a service team to fulfill the request and set the expected time. Service team will have an app where they will get a notification about the assigned jobs, they can open the job and set the status (on the way, work in progress, completed... etc) upon completion, service team will take a photo of the completed job and close it, then client will be able to rate the provided service.
Client app should have the work history and saved addresses.
