React native peer programmer

I'm an experienced programmer. I need someone to help me (3-7 hours at most, extra pay in bid for any further time) You need to be highly experienced in React-Native. Preferably developed on Windows with the Visual Studio Code editor.

Need someone to assist me finish a project of ios and android that includes

(1) updating app when wifi available

(2) loading 3 json files at install according to the chosen language

(3) making the "accordion" ui look good like a list view with a chevron

(4) using those json files in the app

(5) adding real-time compass direction (heading) in screens using api

using the data which is now hardcoded , adding state management (redux or something better?)

(6) adding bluetooth status and turn-on with the api.

(7) adding contactio api and using the info to query the json and accordingly show

(8) adding Hebrew (Right to Left) support when choosing that language.
