iOS App small bug fixed and submission to apple

A developer made a iphone app for me but didn't finish the project and left some bugs which need fixing. I understand ios development but I'm not good enough to fix. It will take max 1-2 hours for a decent developer to fix.
You also need to help me submit the app to apple
You must speak excellent English.
I have a very small budget but this is a easy job.
