The design and functionalists will be similar to that app.
Simply what app lets Instagram users like each others pictures to get more coins, The more pictures you get the more likes you can get on your pictures by spending coins.
Also the app will have in app coin sales.
App will use Instagram API to implement those features.
Its important that you are familiar with Instagram Api, since Instagram api has some hourly limitations, the app should work fine without any limitations and problems on Instagram API side.
The app will be developed for iPhone only.
