Google Maps API Based Website Needs Minor Bugs Fixing For Tablets...

Hi,
We need assistance fixing an issue on a clients website. The website is Google Maps API based where you enter a postcode and click search then numerous 'pins' populate map. If a user clicks on a pin they see the name of the pin with 'find out more' button underneath, when they click this the bubble expands showing more information. The issue is if a user visits the website on a tablet with lots of pins in one area and clicks the pin then clicks 'find out more' if there is a pin underneath the 'find out more' button or the 'x' which is the close button - it will auto select the pin underneath and not the appropriate action, weather it be 'find out more' or to close the box correctly.
We hope this makes sense, we need someone with expert knowledge in Google Maps API and tablet development to fix this.
