Web Assistant Needed in Philippines

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Web Assistant from the Philippines to support our web-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to engage effectively in daily calls with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and upkeep of the company's website and related tasks.
Schedule and participate in daily calls with stakeholders to discuss updates and resolve issues.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and manage content, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of web projects.
Manage email correspondence and ensure timely and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Previous managerial experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Must be organized, attentive to detail, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
