i need a database to store customer company forms. there are about thirty forms some with related data, which should be linked. the database should also have the ability to have forms scanned into it, for example minutes of company meetings, and copies of new forms issued by the registrar of companys. it must have a menue when opening and each employee must log in with a user name and password
