Help on categorypage Magento Ultimo Theme

Project 1.
We have Ultimo Theme.
- We want info how to put small pictures in front of categorytext.
No coding we can handle.
- We want nicier looking categoring.
Project 2.
Help us fixing better view of product color.
We have colorchoise allready, but need to show colors of product ( can be all from 2-30 colors) earlier. Now client need to click on product to know if a product have more than one color.
Someway..easy to handle. Maby we have possibility allready to handle it in Ultimo Theme, but then we need help open up that function.
Project 3.
Establish serious relation with Magentoexpert who can handle small fixes and questions. We have some different webbpages who want service here and there.
- Only answer if you have more than 100 rewiews on freelancerprojects.
