Looking for a lawyer in California, or knows California law on online business. This company [login to view URL] has a non refundable policy clause, and they coerced me into a electronic signature agreement, without giving me the option of paper format which is against Federal Law concerning e-sig contracts. They misrepresented their product also, which is why I wanted them to cancel the agreement the same day. I'm looking for a legal professional that has filed small claims before and knows commerce laws well and can collect reasonable emolument from a student that is having hardship.
