Experienced Full-time Laravel developer required for 40 hours per week

Looking for a Laravel Developer for an ongoing project 40 hours per week. The website and admin panel are already developed and we need frequent updates. The website URL is [login to view URL]
The developer must have good command over:
-Eloquent & Eloquent relationships
-Helper functions
-Working on GIT branches (Pull requests, Merge, etc.)
-Web routes
-MySQL db
-MVC architecture and usage
-Auth
-Whatsapp API integration
-SMS API notification
-Sending email notifications
-Storing & Retrieving Cookies
-Jquery
The developer should know all of the above.
Clean code with proper comments is a must.
